About Ted:

Ted is a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Accounting. He has 10 years experience working in commercial and residential construction accounting for companies like Hunt Construction Group and McCarthy Building Companies. Most recently, Ted worked as assistant controller for Del Webb (Pulte Homes) at Sun City Grand, one of the largest new home developments in the U.S. Using his accounting skills, construction background, and new home builder experience, Ted now helps individuals buy and sell Residential Homes, Horse Properties, Land, and Investment Properties in the Phoenix area. He can also help you find a mountain retreat (land or cabin) in the Heber/Overgaard area of Northern Arizona.

Ted is a member of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors (SAAR) as well as the White Mountain Association of Realtors (WMAR). He has completed his Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) Designation, and is both Premier Service Certified and Quality Service Certified. Ted is currently in the process of obtaining the Certified Land Specialist Designation as well as the Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI) Designation.

About Nancy:

Nancy is a graduate of DePauw University and was a paralegal for more than 15 years. Most recently she worked for Hunt Construction Group, one of the largest construction management companies in the U.S. While there she assisted Hunt’s in-house counsel with all of Hunt’s legal needs. Now Nancy is committed to helping individuals buy and sell Horse Properties, Condos, and all other Residential Homes.
